hello, good-bye & see you very soon

Thank you to everyone who has followed my blog thus far.
It took a snooze back in October, and decided it liked the feeling of cotton pyjamas a little too much to take them off.

My new blog will be live by the end of April and if you enjoyed following my previous adventures & odd thoughts, I'd like to have you round for a coffee or two at my new web-address. I am more than happy to personally send you directions the day I move in.

To those of you who may not be aware, I have recently packed my bags and moved to Berlin, Germany.
It is from here I will share with you my precious findings.

I look forward to your feedback, thoughts and ideas in the very near future, and sincerely thank you for following not a romantic mix tape. It means the world.

Love Jemma x

We all knew that it was only a matter of time, but Brit ‘It’ girl Alexa Chung has stepped her shiny little loafers onto Aussie turf. Am I bubbling at the brim with excitement? Just a bit.

Regardless of minor packing dilemmas #spoiltforchoice, Alexa has remained true to her stylish ways spotted out and about the Sydney-side wearing a denim onesie and wedges, later kitted out in a peter pan collared shirt, grey skinnies - and of course her signiture Mulberry satchel.
Alexa has flown down under as the face of ACP magazines 30 Days of Fashion & Beauty, sharing with us her sartorial flare along with DJ'ing at the party tonight. I had a sneaky peek at the October issue of Harper's BAZAAR in which the lovely Miss Chung graces the cover. Let me tell you, after almost falling off my swivel chair with delight, it is by far my favourite of BAZAAR covers. Admittedly I am Alexa's number one fan, her boyish charm & quirks combined with a arresting prettiness makes her damn hard to ignore. Styled by Christine Centenera and photographed by Angelo Penetta the shoot captures her fashion sensibilities, bang on.

i just cant get enough of my new ankle boots!
i dont think i have taken them off since the purchase. the reason i picked them up in the first place was because of a minor 'sore feet from wearing heels all-day' emergency! that was friday. now it is wednesday. thank you tony bianco - you assisted me in my impulsive crisis!

Natalie Joos - You make me want to clash, meddle & snap the rules in half.

Dear Stripes,
You're on my mind.

I snapped the above pic from HB today and was delighted to
find the below skirt from sportsgirl (both colours available in store now) - striped, stretchy and an easy as pie piece to play with.
My vision is teamed with an oversized soft knit and bold, dark wedge.

I was greatly inspired by sass and bide at LFW celebrating their AW11 collection.
The shape of the shoe is lingering in my fashion notes and once I spotted these JC wedges (not to mention the incredible shoot for his new collection) it really did confirm the beauty in the colour pink, for me.

These Balenciaga boots have been hangin' around my wish (ful thinking) list for such a long time.
I have now decided to gift myself with something of similar shape, size and stature.
